Cancellation Policy - Bookings must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this point will be charged the equivalent to the cost of the first nights stay.

Cancellation Policy - Advance purchase bookings will be charged in full at the time of booking by The West Cork Hotel & are non transferable & non refundable in the event of a cancellation

Booking fee: The is no booking fee at the time of reservation with general sale rates (excluding advance purchase options)

We would like to ensure our guests that we at The West Cork Hotel in accordance with the Government & World Health Organisation guidelines & recommendations are implementing the following procedures to make your stay as safe & enjoyable as possible:
• Entrances & Exits have clear signage & sanitisation stations
• Prepayment for accommodation will be in place, a member of staff will contact you 2-3 days prior to arrival to organise same
• Cancellation of bookings as minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival, cancellations made after this time will be liable to a late cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night of your stay
• Contactless pay as you go for any additional meals/beverages during your stay will be required
• To ensure deep cleaning & sanitisation of our bedrooms check in time will be after 3.00pm & check out by 12.00 noon
• Pre booking for Lunch & Dinner is strongly advisable
• Social distancing measures have been introduced including reducing seating capacity in our restaurant, bar & lobby area
• Our Ballroom Room & Fuchsia Suite have also been modified in line with Social Distancing guidelines to increase our seating capacity for our guests
• Increased cleaning & disinfecting schedules have been put in place in our bedrooms & public areas
• PPE is being used by our staff in areas where recommended in alignment with Government Guidelines
• Advanced Health & Safety training has taken place with all members of staff to ensure the highest level of hygiene & service by our team

Overseas Travel:
In the interest of public safety & in compliance with government policy, guests that have travelled overseas recently must have complied with the 14-day self-isolation prior to arrival at the hotel.
