Delighted by personal touch and traditional hotel keeping standards at West Cork in these times of chain hotels. Staff very friendly and welcoming including the proprietor, staff in reception, breakfast room/restaurant/bar and the chambermaids/housekeeping staff. A very pleasant stay which we hope to repeat when the opportunity allows.

Our accomodatoon in 212 was very nice and the room was a good standard with an excellent bathroom. Maybe consider a safe and iron and iron board. The overall attention to guest comfort and friendliness of owner and staff was exceptional. The bar staff were brilliant especially Mags who was a mine of information and made a great effort to get to know all her customers. The only downside was the bar area itseft which could do with upgrading. Overall a great experience and we will return if we are in the area again.
