It was a very busy night in the hotel yet the service was flawless. We had a beautiful, large airy room with a great view of the bridge and river. The breakfast is one of the best, freshly cooked and egg exactly as ordered. Looking forward to our next trip.

Staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was lovely (we booked a suite), the only thing I thought was missing was a fridge/mini bar other than that no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel offers the personal touch by a freshly cooked breakfast every morning brought to your table by very friendly staff who take the time for a little chat. The porridge and yoghurt was the best I ever had, all the produce is locally sourced it was a pleasure to stay there.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the location could not be better, and Mr. Looney & his staff took a personal interest in making sure we could find anything we needed in the town & area. The UK Ambassador was staying in the next room. That says it all.
